Out Now: Responsive Design with WordPress

I’m happy to announce that my second book, Responsive Design with WordPress is out today online and in bookstores. It’s published through Peachpit/New Riders and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out.

Responsive Design with WordPress

I wrote this book because I was creating a lot of Responsive themes for WordPress and started to work on better ways to take advantage of WordPress’ architecture to make development easier. The result is 190 pages of tutorials, tips, and tricks to create great responsive stuff in WordPress, as well as great themes and plugins in general.

There are a few people I want to thank: Mike Nolan for accepting my proposal and bringing me into the Peachpit family, Nancy Peterson and Eric Schumacher-Rasmussen for their amazing editing and guidance, my good friend Stephen Mekosh for tech editing, and the rest of the team that worked on the book; without them this book would have never happened. I know I’ve said this before, but getting published through Peachpit is a dream come true for me as I basically learned how to make websites thanks to their books. I hope you enjoy reading the book as much as I enjoyed writing it.

    Web Based Password Manager

I would love a web based password manager that’s completely accessible on all of my devices. I know that there are a lot of tools out there already, and I know there are some inherent security risks with this approach, but here is what I’m thinking: It simply stores Title, URL, Username, Password, and maybe a notes…
